Le sigh
Almost 3 weeks ago a young twit rear ended my car travelling approximately 5km p/h while in heavy traffic; she was on her phone at the time…something I am definitely guilty of.
I know it wasn’t intentional and all, but the minor damage caused by the incident has resulted in my car being deemed a “write off”.
It makes me angry that a perfectly operational and reliable car is deemed a write off because it’s not worth a lot of money. I will be paid out for the vehicle, but it isn’t enough to buy another car of the same style/condition :( :(
My options are to try and have the damaged repaired at a lower cost or attempt to trade the vehicle in.
